How to Find Us
By car...
We are located in Winnersh Triangle Business Park, within the Buzz Gym​ building at 680 Eskdale Road, RG41 5TS. The business park is just off the A329(M) between Reading and the M4 (junction 10). We are easily accessible by car from Reading, as well as from Wokingham, Bracknell and their surrounding areas via the A329(M), and from other areas along the M4 corridor in both directions.

By public transport...

The Winnersh Triangle Business Park is accessible from Reading town centre by train (Winnersh Triangle Train Station) and by bus (Winnersh Triangle Park and Ride).
Car Parking
Parking is available in front of the gym building (accessed from Eskdale Rd) as well as behind the gym building (accessed from Borrowdale Rd).
At peak gym times, this parking may be full. If this is the case, further parking spaces can be found on the corner of Wharfedale and Borrowdale Roads (see map below). The vehicle entrance to the overflow carpark is from Wharfedale Road (blue arrow). Once parked, use the footpath on the opposite side of the carpark to access Borrowdale Road and walk across to the Buzz Gym building (yellow arrow). Please note this overflow carpark is Pay and Display (operated by RingGo).
Clinic Access
When you enter the Buzz Gym building you will find a set of automatic gates for which you will need an access code. This will be included in your reminder email prior to your appointment.

Once through the gates, take the stairs (visible in front of you when you enter the building) to the first floor. Our clinic room and waiting area are signed, and can be found at the far end of the first floor, on the left just past the general seating area and the ladies change rooms.

Please note that the entry code should only be used to access the clinic area for your appointment. Use of the gym facilities is not permitted except under the direct supervision of your physiotherapist.
